Combustion Carnivore is an odd Maverick. He went mad, and upgraded himself into a fighting machine, but his limited knowledge of robotics led him to use a new diesel engine for fuel. Before every battle, he has to check the dipstick, look at his fuel gage, and rip the pullstring to get going. His attacks exploit the fact that when X and the enemy collide, X gets hurt. He can zip across the screen quite fast, and lunge onto poor li'l X. Carnivorous, eh? But if he fights too long, he just stops because of a gasoline shortage ^_^
