| Mirror Man is a real spiffy dude, and Tomas Paez spent a whole day making him! His entire body is extremely refletive and mettalic. He can use his mirrorlike properties in many ways, including refracting of light to shape-shift himself or MegaMan. He can also begin to shine brightly, dashing across the screen at MegaMan.
